Refund Policy

cherishera is a brand operated by Avenvory Brands LLC. We want you to love your gift. If something is not right, we are here to help.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging (including the gift box and message card).

Exceptions

Personalized or engraved items (for example, items with a custom name, date or photo) are made just for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo (or short video) of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement free of charge, or issue a full refund if a replacement is not possible.

How to start a return

Email contact@cherishera.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted. Unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days (your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it). Original shipping charges are refunded only for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Cancellations

Because each piece is made to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We can cancel orders that have not yet entered production.
