Shipping policy

cherishera is a brand operated by Avenvory Brands LLC. Every piece is made to order and shipped from our production partner in the United States.

Processing (production) time

Orders typically enter production the next business day after payment and take 2–5 business days to produce (message card jewelry is usually 2–3 business days). Production does not run on weekends or US holidays.

United States shipping rates and delivery times

Estimated total time to delivery = production time + delivery time. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

International shipping

We also ship to many countries outside the US. Available methods, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes charged by the destination country, which are the customer's responsibility.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. US tracking may take 24–48 hours to start updating. Items in one order may ship in separate packages.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address. We cannot change the address once an order has shipped. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship it once it is received; additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for an unusual length of time or your package shows delivered but you have not received it, contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.
